Mrs. Holden's Kindergarten class is collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House Charities. The students have collected 11 gallon bags so far! they hope to reach 20 before Christmas! If you would like to help with this collection,send them to the school office!

Today we had the privilege of having the Pony Express Therapy Dogs come to school. Some of our students got to read to the dogs. This is a wonderful experience and we thank the Pony Express Therapy Dogs and owners for coming to our school again this year! #reading
The K-2 students from St. Paul Lutheran had a fun day visiting the Deanna Rose Family Farmstead! Panning for gold, feeding baby goats, fishing, taking a hayrack ride, enjoying a picnic with friends, and eating ice cream were a few of the activities enjoyed!

Thank you to everyone who came and supported our Volleyball Girls this weekend with our Pink Out games! 5/6 went undefeated in their 3 games and 7/8 went 3-1! Congratulations to our 8th grade girls in their final home games as well.

3rd grade learned how bees help pollinate flowers in science class today. Then they got to do an activity where they made a paper flower and bee from pipe cleaners and saw how bees pollinate flowers by "flying" their bee to another flower and back to their own.

Mrs. Tiffany's first grade class had fun learning about apples. Everyone enjoyed making apple smiles and homemade applesauce. We even wrote Johnny Appleseed letters.
In third grade math today, the students learned about polygons. After the polygon lesson, they got to play a polygon board game.
